Respiratory Physiotherapy

Yoga is having a big influence on traditional physical treatment. Yoga combines meditation, breathing exercises, self-reflection, body alignment, and balance to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Its popularity has grown throughout time as a result of its adaptability to fit any age, condition, or athletic aptitude. New research suggests that yoga can help heal numerous muscles at once when used in conjunction with traditional physical therapy, potentially speeding up recovery, increasing muscle action and focussing the mind. The more we learn about the benefits of those seemingly disparate areas of health, the more we realise that combining the two extends far beyond flexibility and strength.
